Heartbeat Saturday Featuring Pace & Pour: Run Club Social
Saturday, August 8 | FREE Community Event

Start your Saturday with movement, music, and meaningful community connection at the National Museum of African American Music. Heartbeat Saturday returns with Pace & Pour, a high-energy wellness experience presented in collaboration with The Lab Training Studio.

Whether you're an experienced runner, just getting started on your wellness journey, or simply looking for a fun way to connect with others, this event is designed to get you moving and feeling your best.

The morning kicks off with a 2-mile community run, followed by R&B Body Works—a bodyweight boot camp led by The Lab Training Studio in the museum lobby.

Throughout the experience, enjoy live music from DJ Smoke, connect with local wellness vendors and organizations, and celebrate your workout with a refreshing mimosa while exploring community resources that support a healthy lifestyle.
